Founded by James Buckingham, PFP stands for simplicity, inclusivity and excellence. We provide genuine strength training opportunities for real and dedicated people.
Our staff and members create a no-ego atmosphere and a community that is supportive, driven and one that you can trust.

Joint Membership: £60 per month

Personal Trainers
Personal Trainers and fitness coaches are welcome to operate from our facilities. We have robust kit and a capped membership, meaning there is less risk of the equipment becoming overcrowded, allowing you to spend more time with your clients.
Benefits:
- Maximum £80 per week (or £10 per client)
- No minimum contracts
- World-class strength and cardio equipment – free weights, strongman kit, sleds, yokes, calibrated plates
- Low crowding thanks to capped membership (max 100 per site)
- 24/7 access across both gyms (Exeter and Cullompton), meaning more booking flexibility for you and your clients.

Office/Therapy Room available to hire
Our private office/treatment room at PFP in Exeter offers a modern and flexible space to hire. An accessible base for therapists, personal trainers, coaches and wellbeing professionals, the room can be used for a range of different purposes including 1:1 meetings and coaching sessions, massage therapy, counselling or wellbeing activities.
With a friendly, supportive environment and a steady flow of potential clients on site, it’s an ideal opportunity to grow your business in a unique setting.
